Description:
Written in ColdFusion and jQuery, dbDiscover is a web-based SQL Server database management tool. Since it runs within a web browser, there is no intrusive software to install and you can effectively bypass port blocking imposed by corporate firewalls (as long as web access is allowed).
***NEW*** Updated to include automatic Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) generation! Just right click on the database name in the tree, and select GENERATE ERD. Great tool for developers who need to access disparate database servers from a central location.
Requirements:
ColdFusion 8+
SQL Server 2000+ Internet Explorer = = = = = = = = = = IMPORTANT!!!!! When upgrading, please make sure you run the URL with the following parameter: ?reinit=1 This will reinitialize your application to accept the upgrade. You can also run with this parameter in the URL to reset the application to its original state. Issue Tracker:
